2. PURPOSE OF THE SERVICES
Little Learners Adventure provides educational and entertainment experiences intended to support early childhood learning.

We do not guarantee that every feature described on our website will be available in every version of the mobile application.
3. CHILDREN AND PARENTAL SUPERVISION
Little Learners Adventure is primarily intended for children ages 2–6.
Children should use the Services with appropriate adult supervision.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to participate in learning activities and monitor their children's use of digital devices.
Adult-only sections, external links, account management, and purchasing features, if offered, may require additional parental safeguards.

- May be reset or removed when locally stored application data is deleted
Learning progress may not transfer between devices unless a supported synchronization feature is introduced.
8. PAYMENTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND PURCHASES
Some future versions of the Services may offer optional paid features.
Any purchases or subscriptions will be disclosed before payment and governed by the applicable checkout terms and platform requirements.
Where purchases are processed through Apple or Google, applicable store billing and refund rules may apply.
No purchase is required unless a particular feature is expressly identified as paid.
We will not knowingly enable unauthorized purchases by children.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Little Learners Adventure and its original content, including its names, logos, illustrations, characters, stories, music, graphics, software, and educational materials, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Rights in original content belong to Virgile Consulting, LLC or the applicable licensors and rights holders.
Users receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for permitted personal and educational purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred to users.
